Open Talk — Saturday, 16:00
No podiums, no formal speakers, no required slides. Every week, we gather at Duyen Quo. Anyone can grab the mic, bring their real "friction scars", demo live on laptop, and dissect things together.
How does an Open Talk session flow?
There is no rigid script. Usually, it naturally flows through these beats:
- Share what you tinkered with this week. Open the laptop, run real code, show real screen output. Be sure to share where AI failed you hard — that's the most valuable part to hear.
- Dissecting limitations. Where did the model go wrong, how many tokens were burned, where did it break when scaling up? Finding AI weaknesses is much more useful than showing off when it works.
- Direct questions, candid answers. Ideas from beginners and seniors carry equal weight as long as they are true. No one has to pretend they already know.
After the session, we usually hang out over coffee. Most of the real gems happen right there.
What comes after Open Talk?

The First Session — Where AIDo Began
Open Talk #01 was organized as an inaugural event: 20 seats, a check-in desk, real-time nametags printed using in-house tools. AIDo was born on that Sunday afternoon.

From then on, instead of occasional big events, we committed to weekly consistency. Smaller, but unbroken.
