Part I
“Technology & Serenity” Philosophy
At AIDo, traditional technical barriers (languages, syntax) are dissolved by AI. Core value lies in architectural thinking, critical inquiry, and ownership. To build together, we commit to 4 core pillars:

Note: If you feel stagnant for an extended period, raise your hand proactively. We will sit down and realign direction — never quietly endure boredom.

Sharing at AIDo is not a tick-box chore on a wiki or a sterile chat message. The highest goal is to re-energize your teammates. When you find an elegant technique or resolve a thorny bug — share your screen, pull up chairs for a live demo, or share it with sparkling eyes at weekend coffee. Real energy sustains our collective stamina.

Principles of Mutual Protection
You enjoy absolute creative freedom. However, when handling PARTNER data, this is an absolute, non-negotiable red line.
Article 1
Partner Data Privacy Discipline
Absolute Confidentiality: Never photograph or leak real partner data (names, phone numbers, emails, tax IDs, contracts) publicly or in personal chats.
AI Input Control: Strictly never upload sensitive partner data to public cloud AI chat interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…).
Solution: All data sent to Cloud LLMs must be sanitized/masked. If real data processing is required, request permission for enterprise private endpoints or Local AI.
Article 2
Right to Fail & Radical Transparency (Fail-Fast)
You have the full right to break things, experiment, and write buggy code — that is how we learn. But you do not have the right to conceal errors or wrestle alone with a blocker for too long. When stuck, speak up immediately.
Article 3
Graceful Offboarding & Celebration
If one day you feel fully equipped to launch your own venture — or if our paths diverge — please never ghost. Send a transparent note to leadership; we will joyfully celebrate your graduation. You simply hand over code and revoke partner credentials. You will always remain part of the AIDo Alumni network.

At AIDo, we believe in the power of intention. Instead of mindless checkmarks or rushed digital signatures, we mark this milestone with deliberate mindfulness.
